Brandi Kelly, PharmD, is Vice President of Client Experience. She leads the organization's client relationships, focused on building strong connections and keeping service delivery aligned with what each client is working to achieve. Whether a client is competing to win and retain business or managing their pharmacy benefit through a model built on transparency and aligned interests, Brandi's focus is the same: helping them reach their goals. She also collaborates closely with the benefit consultants who advise them, understanding their priorities and what they need to confidently bring solutions to their clients.
Brandi brings more than 20 years of leadership across pharmacy benefits, clinical operations, and managed care. She has built and led large teams, guided organizations through mergers and rapid growth, and worked closely with clients navigating complex pharmacy needs. That depth, spanning PBM, consulting, and health system settings, gives her a practical understanding of the pharmacy landscape and the real challenges clients face, which she draws on to strengthen the client experience, deepen client trust, and build long-term value.
