Mark Huetten, R.Ph., Chief Executive Officer

Mark Huetten, R.Ph. is CEO and one of the founders of Health Delegates. With over 20 years of experience in managed care, Mark’s clinical and business background has allowed him to build a program that is unique in its approach to pharmacy cost management. Along with an outstanding team of experienced professionals, he works with a growing list of clients with over $800M in annual drug spend.

A founder of Navitus Health Solutions, Mark also headed up the pharmacy rebate program for Argus Health Solutions and was Chief Pharmacy Officer for CatalystRx. Mark earned his pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Dave DuRoss, MBA, President

Dave DuRoss, MBA is the President of Health Delegates and is responsible for client growth and service expansion. With over 25 years of Healthcare experience in Specialty Pharmacy, Specialty Distribution and Managed Care, Dave has an excellent foundation for creating new and innovative services for clients focused on managing prescription and healthcare costs.

Prior to Health Delegates, Dave was the Senior Vice President of Trade & Payer Relations for BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy and prior to that was the President of Smith Medical Partners.

Dawn Peterson, BA, Vice President of Operations

Dawn Peterson, BA is Vice President of Analytics. Dawn has over 20 years of experience in a variety of Information Technology and Business Intelligence roles for health plans, PBMs, and hospital systems. Dawn and her team are responsible for all of Health Delegates’ claims processing, reporting and data analysis. Dawn plays a critical role in on-boarding new clients and maintaining existing clients with their technology requests and needs.

Prior to Health Delegates, Dawn has served in multiple Analytics and Data Warehousing roles. She was a Senior Analyst for Catalyst Rx, Analytics Lead at Navitus Health Solutions and Data Warehousing Analyst at ThedaCare Health System and has also served as a Senior Technical Consultant for a large East Coast Health System and Sutter Health – Sacramento. Dawn earned her Bachelors of Arts in Computer Science from the Lakeland University in Sheboygan.

Bill Dreyer, Chief Strategy Officer

Bill Dreyer, PharmD, MBA is taking on the role of Chief Strategy Officer and is responsible for providing overall strategic  leadership for the company. With over 25 years’ experience in managed care pharmacy, Bill’s in-depth knowledge of the PBM industry, history of working with many client types and his ‘customer centric’ approach will allow Bill to build strong business and professional relationships with Health Delegates clients.

Prior to Health Delegates, Bill held various account management roles at Express Scripts, NextRx and Wellpoint Pharmacy Management.

Bill received his PharmD from the University of Illinois College of Pharmacy and his MBA from DePaul University.

Joe Summers, MBA, Vice President of Client Services

Joe Summers, MBA is Vice President of Client Services for Health Delegates. Joe has over 20 years of managed care pharmaceutical industry experience and has been with Health Delegates for two years. Joe’s experience, knowledge and contacts in the Pharmaceutical Industry put Health Delegates in a unique position to navigate both the pharmacy benefits and pharmaceutical industries. This allows for highly competitive rebate rates and access to valuable tools and resources, such as custom clinical programs and member and plan support.

Prior to Health Delegates, Joe was a Senior member of the Account Management Leadership team at TAP Pharmaceuticals, Novo Nordisk Biopharm and UCB, Inc. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska and MBA from Park University.

Ted Levy, Vice President of Sales

Ted Levy is the Vice President of Sales. With more than 20 years of experience in Specialty Pharmacy, Managed Care, and 340B Discount Drug Programs, his principal responsibilities include leading sales efforts, coordinating the rebate analysis process and contract negotiations. Ted is recognized in the industry for building long-standing business relationships. His consultative approach starts with identifying potential client needs followed up with customized recommendations based on experience and best practices. Prior to Health Delegates, Ted was a Principal in a specialty pharmacy operation sold to a publicly traded company. In addition, he served as Vice President and led one of the industry’s first 340B contract pharmacies specializing in oncology.

Deb Curry, PharmD, FAMCP

Deb Curry, PharmD, FAMCP 

Deb Curry, PharmD, FAMCP, is the Vice President for Clinical Solutions. Dr. Curry is responsible for delivering the next generation of transparent aggregate rebate solutions through reporting and analytics, clinical and formulary management and providing rebate paradigms to promote transparency and drive lowest net cost.

Dr. Curry brings over 20 years of experience and knowledge in the industry in various roles, such as formulary and rebate management, network strategy, and clinical analytics, all reflected in her previous recent work as Senior Vice President of Clinical & Product Centers of Excellence at SS&C Health and as Senior Director of Formulary and Clinical Strategy at OptumRx. She has also worked as a Medical Science Liaison at Boehringer Ingelheim and has had additional roles at small regional health plans. Her experience in these roles has driven her to be passionate about optimizing health care delivery options and saving lives.

Dr. Curry received her B.S. and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from Ferris State University, after which she completed a managed care pharmacy practice residency.

Dr. Curry also has had been involved in AMCP in several different capacities over past 20 years. She has served as a board member, as well as Chair of the Membership and Special Projects. She is a co-founder and former leader of the Southwest AMCP affiliate and is currently a member of the Midwest AMCP group. She received the 2008 AMCP Spirit of Volunteering award and is a Platinum-level Champion of AMCP. She has served two terms as a Director on the Board of Directors (2016-2020). Dr. Curry is currently serving a term as President of the Board of Directors.

Kattie Ambrosius, LPN, Senior Account Manager

Kattie Ambrosius, LPN is responsible for all Client Management for Health Delegates. Kattie participates in on-boarding new clients and then provides day-to-day customer service and support to ensure that clients’ needs and questions are met. Kattie orchestrates all client communication including weekly formulary reviews and monthly/quarterly reporting. Kattie has over 15 years’ experience in managed care, customer service management, nursing, and healthcare analytics. Prior to Health Delegates, Kattie worked as a Triage Nurse Supervisor and Patient Care Specialist at Theda Care.

Chad Mulheron, Director of IT

Chad Mulheron, is the IT Manager for Health Delegates. Chad is responsible for setting up and maintaining all of Health Delegates’ information technology infrastructure, identifying and reviewing new technology for claims processing and rebate submission. He provides day-to-day support for both Health Delegates employees as well as clients. Chad has worked in Information Technology for the past 20+ years and prior to Health Delegates, Chad was a Senior Programmer Analyst for Dental Associates Ltd. At Dental Associates, he helped design, code, implement and maintain a complete Dental Software application that was used by over 800 staff members.

Bryan Tackett, MBA, CMA, Director of Finance

Bryan Tackett, MBA, CMA is the Director of Finance and Accounting for Health Delegates. Bryan has over 30 years of experience in a variety of finance and accounting roles in several industries including manufacturing, distribution, financial services, and health care. He is responsible for the administration of accounting and treasury operations as well as financial planning and analysis for Health Delegates.

Prior to Health Delegates, Bryan was a Finance Business Support Manager for Bank of America. He earned his Bachelors of Business Administration from Angelo State University and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
