Sarah Rivera, PharmD, serves as VP of Clinical Formulary Strategy at Health Delegates, leading the clinical team across formulary management, utilization management, and P&T committee oversight. She brings a career built almost entirely in managed care pharmacy leadership, with prior VP and SVP roles spanning clinical and rebate strategy, value-based clinical services, and cross-functional clinical operations.

Sarah is known for her hands-on, evidence-based approach to clinical program design, from formulary strategy and rebate optimization to utilization management policy. She’s especially focused on bringing structure and innovation to clinical operations, helping teams deliver more consistent, higher-quality outcomes for the health plans and PBMs Health Delegates serves.


Sarah lives in New Hampshire, where she enjoys hiking in the White Mountains and spending time with her family.
